The University of Leicester is a founder shareholder of BioAstral Limited and David is its representative on the Board. He works for Lachesis, an early stage venture capital fund that specialises in funding university spinouts in the East Midlands. David is also a non–executive director of Adjuvantix Limited, Pro-Cure Therapeutics Limited, Varidose Limited and CTM Biotech Limited and is an advisor to Babraham Bioscience Technologies, Quester Capital Management and ETCapital Limited.
