Secondary programmes

We offer a range of taught programmes, aimed at covering topics from biology, geography, maths, art and sustainability issues.

• Please note in 2023/4 only visits to the Attenborough Arboretum are left available which includes the taught programmes of Ecology Pyramids and Team Building. Visits to the Botanic Garden are fully booked for 2023/4.

Bookings for all programmes on both sites are being taken for 2024/5.

Taught programmes 

Part day activities can be coupled with other activities, or you can stay longer at no extra cost. Pond dipping must be lead by a member of the Botanic Garden Education team.

Our courses cover KS3 and KS4.

Self-guided visits

You are welcome to use the Botanic Garden or Attenborough Arboretum to lead your own education activities. Please see our self-guided visits.
