Professional Services at the University of Leicester make a real difference. We work together supporting the academic endeavours of the University through innovation, by delivering results with real impact and embracing inclusivity.

We provide services for students, alumni, staff, clients, partners, friends, supporters and the community.

Led by our Professional Services Executive Group, these six areas work together to help maximise the potential of the University of Leicester.

Registrar and Secretary’s Office

We are home to the University’s central administrative functions, including research and enterprise, library, and student and academic services.

External Relations

We are responsible for strategically managing and enhancing the University’s profile and reputation, communicating with stakeholders internally, locally, nationally and internationally.

Human Resources

We provide advice and guidance for staff on all aspects of employment including recruitment, development, reward and performance management.

Estates and Campus Services

We are responsible for maintaining, developing and operating the University’s extensive campus.

Digital Services

We are responsible for maintaining, developing and operating the University's IT infrastructure.

Finance

We manage the University’s financial activity and are responsible for supporting the delivery of our ambitious Strategic Plan.
