The 2015 East Midlands Oral History Day was about 'Oral History & Video'.The East Midlands Oral History Day 2015 took place in the David Wilson Library First Floor Library Seminar Room, University of Leicester, on Friday 3rd July. The nearest public car park is the Granville Rd/Victoria Park car park, while the campus is a 15 minute walk from the train station. This year the subject was 'Oral History & Video' and we had a range of speakers from both the local documentary film world and local history. The day featured:

Many recordings are available at the Media Archive for Central England (MACE), which exists to preserve the moving images of the East and West Midlands and provide affordable public access to this material through its website, public screenings, exhibitions, educational workshops and community projects.
