The University of Leicester’s Institute of Lifelong Learning is launching a range of gardening courses for budding learners.

The University offers over 400 general interest and certificate courses from its centres in Leicester and Northampton and the launch of the new gardening sessions follows on from the success of hanging basket workshops.

The new courses are all being offered at the University’s picturesque Harold Martin Botanic Garden in Oadby – a 16-acre site housing national collections of plants and providing a valuable educational and public resource.
