Correct
MASSIVE HAEMOPTYSIS

YOU ARE CORRECT!

The cause of death, as recorded on the death certificate, was listed as

1a Massive haemoptysis
1b Pulmonary artery erosion
1c Poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma

Well done on getting the right answer. It can be quite confusing when there may be more than one cause, or something is a precipitating factor but not the final cause of death. It was the huge blood loss that killed him, and that was because the tumour in his lung had eroded an artery wall.
