FRACTURED HUMERUS

Wrong - not a fracture in this case.

Fractures are very rarely, if ever, the '(1a) cause of death' - i,e, the thing that actually caused the patient to expire. Loss of large volumes of blood into tissues occurs in major traumatic breaks, but then the cause of death is 'haemorrhage', and there isn't a large tissue volume in the arm for blood to pool in, so that's unlikely in this case.

Try again.
