Wrong - not hepatocellular carcinoma

Not even close. You obviously didn't read the history screen very closely, did you? The lesions in the liver were most likely metastatic deposits, whereas hepatocellular carcinoma is a primary tumour, that is, it originates in the liver. Lesions like these in the liver are usually due to carcinomas but may be deposits of leukemia or lymphoma.

Maybe you should return to the history screen - try again, and pay attention this time ;)
