Woahhh... um, I think you've kinda missed the point here. A single gallstone will only kill a patient in the most exceptional of circumstances, especially if bile is still flowing freely past it. Gallstones are commonly an incidental finding in an autopsy.

Why don't you return you to the case history and start again? This time, concentrate on the respiratory system!
