The manuscript is a collection of Latin poetry written in England in s. xi2. On fols 11-19, a Latin-Old English glossary of 96 words are written in the margin by a s. xi2, xi/xii hand. These words draw from Aldhelm's De laude virginitatis (see Derolez 1959). Lemmata are included in alphabetical order from A to V. As Ker notes, the 'A section is headed 'glosę''. On fols 11, 12, the A and C lists are followed by slightly later A and C lists, written in a different hand and ink and not deriving from Aldhelm. The only Old English glosses here are 'swert' and 'blac' (Ker 1957, pp. 353-54, Napier 1888, p. 64, Napier 1900, n. 18B).
Fols 39r and 40v contain four glosses to Wulfstan, Cantor of Winchester's Miracula Sancti Swithuni (See, also the same glosses in London, BL, Royal 15 C. vii, see Ker 1957, p. 354, Napier 1900, n. 52, Campbell 1950)
Fol. 80v includes four glosses to the Ars grammatici of Phocas (Ker 1957, p. 354, Napier 1900, n. 45).
