Fols 157-221 of the manuscript contain Latin saints’ lives and vision narratives in a single hand of s. xi2, described by Ker as ‘large’ and ‘round’ (1957, p. 341). On fol. 212v 'contra ortum solis solstitalem' is glossed 'ongean norðęst roder sƿa sunnan upgang bið to middan sumera', and on fol. 214 'contra ortum solis brumalem' is glossed 'Suðeast sƿa sunne on ƿintra upgæð'. The main text is from the Vision of Drihthelm in Bede's Historia ecclesiastica gentis Anglorum, on fols 211v-16v. The Old English glosses are similar to the Old English translation of Bede, History of the English Church and Nation (Miller 1890-98, pp. 424/20, 428/24).

Fols 1-156 and fols 157-221 were originally separate volumes. Ker reports that they were probably joined in the Middle Ages (Ker 1957, p. 341).
Origin is unknown.
On fol. 1r, 'Euerard' is written in large letters. The same name is written in London, Lambeth Palace 351 (s. xiv). Belonged to Richard Bancroft and recorded in the catalogue of his manuscripts at Lambeth Palace, 1612 (fol. 85) (Ker 1957, p. 341).
