A copy of a translation of the Gospels in Old English, copied in one hand s. xi1. Two other hands, s. ximed, wrote on fols 68 and 69 an OE translation of a bull of Pope Sergius in favour of Malmesbury. The bull points to a Malmesbury provenance (Ker 1957, p. 235).
The manuscript was damaged in the fire of 1731, and a leaf was bound in Otho B. x. The original order of leaves is: fols 1-7, Otho B. x, fol. 51, reversed, 8-79, 81, 80, 82-110.
