Dr Anne-Christine Witt

Appointment in the School of Law

Dr Anne-Christine Witt has joined the School of Law as a Lecturer

Dr Witt has previously taught European Union law at Kent Law School, University of Kent, where she gained her PhD in 2009. Her undergraduate law degree is from the University of Freiburg im Breisgau (Germany), and she has an LL.M. degree from the University of Virginia (USA). She has been admitted to the bar in Germany.

Anne was appointed lecturer in European Law at the School of Law at Leicester on 1 May. Her main research interests are in the areas of European Union law and competition law.

Anne is a member of SLS (The Society of Legal Scholars), SLSA (Socio-Legal Studies Association) and ClaSF (The Competition Law Scholars Forum).
