Daniel Attenborough

New appointment in the Faculty of Law

Daniel Attenborough has recently joined the Law School as a Lecturer. Prior to joining the staff at Leicester in September 2007, he was undertaking his doctorate, and worked as a Teaching Assistant, at The University of Leeds. Daniel has also worked for the Legal Services Commission, an organisation that provides information, advice and legal representation to help people get access to justice.

His research and teaching interests lie in the fields of company and commercial law, particularly aspects of corporate governance including directors’ duties, stakeholder rights and corporate governance theory. At present he teaches Contract Law and Company Law on the LLB.

Outside of academia, Daniel enjoys playing acoustic guitar, seeing live music, football, and travel.
