Tennis Courts

The University has 9 tennis courts located at Manor Road grounds. Three of the courts are floodlit. The courts have an all-weather playrite surface.

Courts are available throughout the day and use of the courts is free to sportscard holders. There is a small additional fee payable for use of the lights.

If you are travelling to the Manor Road grounds by car you are asked to park on the western side of Manor Road only. This is the side the sports facilities are located on.

Opening Times:

The University tennis courts are available all day every day from dawn until dusk.

Bookings:

The University tennis courts are booked on the day for the day at the Manor Road Sports Hall. Advanced bookings for courts are not taken.

Monday to Friday bookings may either be made in person at the Sports Hall from 8.30a.m. onwards or on the telephone starting at 9.45a.m.

At the weekend bookings may be made is person from 10.45a.m. or by 'phone from 11a.m.

Courts are booked on the hour for an hour and during busy times users are restricted to a one hour session.

Facility Price List:

Tennis courts are available free of charge to sportscard holders.

For others, tennis is £6 per court per hour.
