Published at the same time as Annual Report is the University of Leicester Financial Statements. Available shortly on the web is Official Record 2004- 2005, containing details of research grants and contracts, personalia, public lectures, staff and other distinctions, and awards.

The Annual Report is divided into sections focusing on different aspects of the University. The Vice-Chancellor's Report is followed by sections highlighting medical and scientific achievements, international and community relations, business links, capital projects, academic and research advances.
