GASTROINTESTINAL SYSTEM
- Oral candidiasis.
- Tongue, pharynx, oesophagus, stomach, duodenum were normal.
- Evidence of erythematous mucosa in small and large intestine (see below).

Cryptosporidium parvum seen on small bowel.
- MAI was also found to be present.
- Liver weighed 1800g - with evidence of micronodular cirrhosis internally (see picture).
- Gall bladder, billiary tree and pancreas appeared normal.
- Peritoneal cavity was normal.
