The Module Pathway
We support the emerging concept of the 'Learner-Centred Education Pathway' in which the learner, informed by annual appraisals and career development, will be guided through a modular programme, accessing the most appropriate education to achieve their professional development requirements.
The Professional Development Unit is available to discuss with you and/or your managers or education supervisors the most appropriate educational pathway for your career develpoment.
You can change this pathway at any point to suit your developing needs.
