There are three ways by which you can add credit to your Print & Copy Account:

3 Using a Credit or Debit Card

  1. Using any suitable networked PC, open a web browser and open the "Print & Copy Login" page at https://pac.le.ac.uk/myaccount/; a page like this should appear:

  4. Using the "Please select an amount" drop-down, choose the amount (£5, £10 or £20) by which you wish to credit your Print & Copy Account.

    [Credit Card Payment - Amount]

  5. Click on the "Proceed to debit/credit card payment" button.

  6. The "Online Payments" page should appear:

    [Credit Card Payment Information]

  7. Read the information on this page carefully, scrolling down to the bottom.

  8. Click on the "Terms and Conditions" link and read these carefully.

  9. Return to the "Online Payments" page and click in the "Terms and Conditions" tick-box to confirm that you accept them.

  10. Click on the "Proceed" Button; a page like this one will appear:

    [Credit Card Payment - Details(1)]

    [Credit Card Payment - Details(2)]

    [Credit Card Payment - Details(3)]

  13. Click on the "Proceed" Button; a page like this one will appear:

[Credit Card Payment - Transaction Completed]

  14. Click on the "Finish" button.

  15. You should soon receive an email confirming that payment has been taken from your debit or credit card (though please note that such payments will take 24 hours to appear on any on-line banking or credit card statements).

IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS: If you experience any problems applying the purchased credit to your Print & Copy Account, please contact the IT Service Desk. To do this you can either visit the Help Zone in the David Wilson Library where someone will be available to assist you, or you can email: ithelp@le.ac.uk or telephone: 0116-252-2253.

4 Using Cash

If you do not have a credit or debit card, or simply prefer to use cash, you can add credit to your Print & Copy Account using an EMOS Kiosk like this one:

[EMOS Kiosk]

EMOS Kiosks are available in the Photocopying Room on the 1st floor of the David Wilson Library and in the Clinical Sciences Library.

An EMOS Kiosk has a touch screen which looks like this:

    [Touch Screen]

  1. Touch the screen inside the "Enter your username" box, and use the on-screen keyboard to type in your CFS username.

  2. Touch the screen inside the "Enter your password" box and use the on-screen keyboard to type in your CFS password.

  3. A screen like this one will appear:

    [EMOS Kiosk - First Screen]

  4. Insert coins into the slot below the screen to the value of the amount of credit that you want to add to your Print & Copy Account. As each coin is registered the value displayed next to "Current balance" will increase.

    [EMOS Kiosk Showing Balance]

In this example the user has added £0.50:

  5. When you have added the required amount of credit to your account, touch the button marked "Finish". Your Print & Copy Account should now have been credited with the required amount.

IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS: If you experience any problems transferring cash to your Print & Copy Account, please contact the IT Service Desk. To do this you can either visit the Help Zone in the David Wilson Library where someone will be available to assist you, or you can email: ithelp@le.ac.uk or telephone: 0116-252-2253.

5 Transferring Credit from a Library Copycard

If you have a Library Copycard which still has credit on it you can transfer this credit to your Print & Copy Account using any existing Print Station (now renamed Print & Transfer Stations) in any open access PC area, see Transferring Credit from a Library Copycard for instructions.
