Taught by the School of Historical Studies in collaboration with the Department of Politics and International Relations, this degree combines a training in modern history with a strong social science input to promote your understanding of the past and the present.
Through a focus on a limited chronological period with wide-ranging geographical coverage this course will enable you to develop an informed awareness of the contemporary world and the roots of its social, economic and political problems.
