Travelling to Leicester by Road
The University's postcode is LE1 7RH. All campus access is via University Road.
However, some parts of the University are based off-campus on nearby roads. Please check the University map (PDF) for the location of the particular Department or Centre which you plan to visit. For Leicester Medical School departments based in local hospitals, please visit the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust website.
One-Way System
Please note that there is a one-way system around campus (PDF) with all vehicles entering at Entrance 1 (Wyggeston Drive, next to the health club). There is no vehicular access at Entrance 2 (Mayor's Walk).
Parking
There is no visitor parking available on campus. However, there are several nearby off-campus parking locations.
