TAP2 allele-specific oligonucleotides

These ASOs each detect one of the 45 SNPs and two indels in TAP2.

SNP sites T1-T45 are each analysed using the two different ASOs (e.g. site T1 is genotyped using ASOs TA1G and TA1T.

Sites T20 and T29 each contain two SNPs separated by 1 bp. The polymorphic base is indicated in red.
