The sequence is taken from the Current Release 23.34e.1 of human chromosome 1 and is orientated centromere to telomere. Coordinates are given relative to the position of the centre of minisatellite MS32 located 32 kb downstream of NID. Exons are shown in blue, Alu repeats in red and microsatellites in green.
