SNP haplotypes in the 95kb interval extending across hotspots MS32, MSTM1a and 1b, and MSTM2
These haplotypes were determined experimentally from 26 semen donors (men 1-26), with each haplotype labelled a or b. Haplotypes extending upstream of MS32 were established for only three men. Alleles in haplotype 10b are labelled red, and alternative alleles blue. Haplotypes marked in red were fully resequenced over the interval M+14.3 to M+25.6, and all new SNPs so discovered were typed across all haplotypes. The three underlined haplotypes are active at hotspot MSTM1a.
