SNP genotypes in the 206 kb interval surrounding minisatellite MS32 on chromosome 1q42.3
The location of each SNP (centromeric to telomeric) is given relative to the centre of minisatellite MS32. Each SNP is classified by type:
• CTi: transition at a CpG doublet
• Ti: non-CpG transition
• Tv: transversion
• ID: indel
Genotypes of each SNP in a panel of 80 unrelated UK semen donors of north European origin were established by amplifying genomic DNA using Multiple Displacement Amplification (MDA) followed by ASO hybridisation of PCR products amplified from MDA DNA. Genotypes are given as single allele letters for homozygotes and H for heterozygotes. Uncertain genotypes are marked ?; most were the result of poor MDA amplification or of substantial allelic imbalance in MDA-amplified DNA.
