This Web Site was designed using Microsoft Word 2000 (version SR1a), NoteTab Light (version 4.82), Xara 3D (version1.0f) and UleadGIF Animator (version 2.0) and was tested during its development using Internet Explorer 5.01 and Internet Explorer 5.5. The pages were then tidied up using Dreamweaver 2. The computer used was a 400 MHz NT4 Workstation (version SP6a). It was made for viewing at a resolution of 1152x864 (true colour) on a 17 inch monitor. All reasonable attempts have been made to make visiting the Centre for Advanced Electronically Controlled Drives Homepage an enjoyable experience. It has not been tested on all systems but please refer to the text below if difficulties are experienced.Some of the pages have pictures and animations which may slow down your browser. These can be made quicker by switching off the animation settings under your Internet Options menu. As a general rule, the more up to date the browser, the more powerful the computer and the faster the internet connection, the less hassle you should experience. Where known problems may occur, information is given as a possible alternative.
