Try these :

• crystal structure viewer-rotate 3D crystal structures
• rotating globe- spin the world by dragging your mouse and click on a country to find out more about it
• image cube- project images on to the faces of a cube or tetrahedra, twirl it round and click on the faces to view related HTML pages
• SPH simulation of elastic collisions- the SPH (smooth particle hydrodynamic) calculations take some time so here are a couple of movies of simulations I have done.
