In addition to EG2020, I'm part of the staff team for EG2070 (Second Year Design), help out in lab classes for EG7017 (Real-time Signal Processing) and have minor involvement with other computing modules.

Personal Information

I was born in Birmingham and grew up in Clevedon, a seaside town near Bristol. I came to Leicester in 1983, graduated with a BSc in Chemistry with Geochemistry, and joined the Engineering Department in 1989. In 2009 I graduated again, with a BA in Humanities with Philosophy from the Open University.

I'm a governor of Leicester's two schools for boys with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties - Keyham Lodge School (where I'm chair of the governing body), and Millgate School.
