Photography Society going to Soho
University of Leicester Photography Society is organising a day-trip to Soho, London on 7th of February.
There are three excellent looking exhibits on at the National Portrait Gallery and the Photographer's Gallery.
Plus, it'll be a good opportunity to hang about and take photos of Soho, which is a very interesting looking part of Greater London, packed with pubs, restaurants and sex shops. Plus there's Golden Square, Soho Square, Picadilly Circus, Leicester Square, Shaftesbury Avenue and Charing Cross to check out there.
Whether you stay with us for the gallery tours or find your own way about is totally up to you, and people from outside of the society, or outside the uni even, are welcome as well.
We will be getting the coach from University Road at 9:00am on the 7th (ie. the coach will leave at 9:00am, so try to be there for a quarter to), and then we'll leave London at 5:00pm, giving us a good 5 or 6 hours in the city.
The price for members is £13, everything included, £15 for non-members.
Places are limited!
