Emeritus Professor Peter Sneath FRS

We have learnt, with great regret, of the death of Emeritus Professor Peter Sneath FRS, on Friday 9 September 2011. Professor Sneath had been in hospital for some time, but was able to go home and died with his family around him.
The funeral will take place on Wednesday 5 October 2011 at 2pm at the Thurlby Methodist Chapel, Thurlby. He will be interred in the same plot as his wife Joan. Further details to follow from the family soon.
