Broadcast News

  • The Department of Sociology's John Williams had a live interview with Laurie Taylor on BBC Radio 4's Thinking Allowed on 28 September at 4pm, discussing his new book Red Men.
  • BBC Radio 4's 'Thinking Allowed' programme broadcast on 8 September was recorded entirely at The British Society of Criminology Conference 2010, held at the University of Leicester. Jon Garland, Senior Lecturer in Criminology was also interviewed as part of the show. You can listen to the whole programme online by clicking here .
  • James Treadwell from the Department of Criminology was interviewed by BBC East Midlands Today at 6.30pm on 2 September about the McFall family murder/suicide case.
