New Booking System

Servicing Changing Needs

On 1 April Leicester Conferences went live with a brand new booking system from Kinetics Solutions. Encompassing over 500 residential and catering staff, more than 150 meeting rooms and a huge range of accommodation, hours of planning finally paid off.

The first conference to benefit from the new system was the British Ornithologists Union and judging from warm comments made by organisers and delegates all went smoothly.

The Kinetics system will ensure the team can continue to meet the ever changing needs of each and every customer. The system not only enables a quick and efficient booking process for the team but is also more user friendly for customers. Greater attention to detail on booking contracts and simplified quotations gives organisers peace of mind that their conference or event will run smoothly from start to finish.
