Event Management

At Leicester Conferences we pride ourselves in putting event organisers first. With this in mind we are delighted to offer an event management service to conferences and events taking place with Leicester Conferences at the University of Leicester.

Our event management service takes some of the time and pressure away from organisers and gives peace of mind that their delegates will still benefit from a professional and efficient service.

Our Service

• Meet prior to event to view facilities reserved for your event and discuss your event management.
• Development of up to four conference packages to suit your event requirements
• Delegate online booking access at www.le.ac.uk/conference
• Payment from delegates for the conference, accommodation, catering and refreshments, as well as any other networking events
• Mailing out of joining instructions to all day and residential delegates including a confirmation letter and receipt of payment, a welcome information pack including directions, map and conference programme from the conference organiser
• Management of delegate personal requirements
• Management of delegate room allocations
• Provision of a dedicated manager on hand throughout the duration of your event to meet on arrival and aid you throughout the duration of your stay
• Organisation of conference registration and residential key issue - leaving you time to meet and greet your guests
