Event Management

At Leicester Conferences we pride ourselves in putting the needs of event organisers first. With this in mind we are delighted to offer an Event Management service to conferences and events taking place at the University of Leicester. Our service takes a vast amount of the time and pressure away from organisers and gives peace of mind that their delegates will still benefit from a professional and efficient service.

Computer Facilities

Both our city campus and Oadby sites have extensive computer facilities available for the convenience of all delegates. The majority of meeting areas have wireless internet access, with most bedrooms also have internet connectivity. There are several computer rooms available which are ideal for IT based meetings, training sessions or for general use to access the internet.

Sports Facilities

Our extensive sports facilities are located just a few minutes’ walk from the residences and conference facilities in Oadby. All the facilities can be used either as part of your residential conference or event package or, as for the many of the sports groups that visit us, they can be the main focus of your event.
