Registration will take place at Stamford House at 09.00 on Friday 11th September 2009. The address is Stamford House, Stamford Hall, Stoughton Drive South, Oadby, Leicester, LE2 2ND.

If you are staying overnight on Thursday 10th September and/or Friday 11th September 2009, the single study accommodation is located at John Foster Hall, Manor Road, Oadby, Leicester, LE2 2LG. Bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom and are provided with tea/coffee making facilities, linen, towels, a toiletries pack and are equipped with a direct dial telephone. Bedroom keys will be available after 14.00 to collect from John Foster Hall reception. As registration takes place at Stamford Hall (a short walk away), a luggage room will be available within Stamford House.

Our chefs provide varied, well presented menus for all meals. If you have special dietary needs, please notify us in advance on your booking form.

Note that the main meeting on Friday 11th September 2009 is paid for by the Department of Criminology. If this is the only meeting you are attending, you will still need to complete this form to enable us to inform you of the joining instructions for the Study School.

Please ensure you complete all the boxes on the booking from before submitting the booking form. Please ensure you include the title of your Degree in the first box. The deadline for submitting the booking form is Friday 28th August 2009.

Payments and Cancellation Policy

Payment for any additional costs will be required in advance and at the time of booking. The cancellation policy applies to both full and part cancellation of the booking. 40% of payment received is retained up to one week prior to the start of the event. 80% of the payment received is retained within the week prior to the start of the event.
