Dan Wood

Graduated in 1998 with a upper second class honours in chemistry from the University of Leicester. My third year project was working with the Fluorine group. I spent my time working on Fluorous Biphase and since I enjoyed myself so much I stayed to do a PhD (CASE award) in collaboration with Castrol International.

I live near Leicester in Hinckley. Outside of work I play pool in the local league and recently I joined a gym to burn off some of the beer that I drink.
