Madelaine Clarke

- Madelaine graduated from Reading University in 1999 with a BA Philosophy and Linguistics (Hons) 2.1 degree. Upon graduation she went to Japan for six years as an English Language teaching assistant, and worked at a variety of Japanese Kindergartens, Junior and Senior High Schools before becoming a teacher trainer and head co-ordinator for East Japan.
- On return to the UK she took up a post in the Medical School at the University of Leicester, and in August 2008 joined the Beyond Distance Research Alliance.
