CHEETAH Workshops
CHEETAH workshop process includes:
- A pre-workshop meeting (4 weeks before the workshop) for motivation and preparation. CHEETAH convenor will meet with core members of the HEIs course team to clarify the aims of the course they intend to design for, explore what material already exists and what ideas the course team have agreed on.
- The two-day CARPE DIEM workshop. This involves a course team in a single discipline (4 to 20 participants), a subject librarian and a learning technologist. Members of the host institution’s Staff Development or Learning Enhancement Unit are also welcome as change agents in the cascade model being proposed.
- Follow-up (approximately 4 weeks after the workshop, for one day). With the help of the CARPE DIEM convenor, teams review the online course and fine-tune the work done at and since the workshop.
