Aims of Cheetah
The primary aim of the CHEETAH project is to transfer, in a usable format, the key outcomes of the ADELIE Pathfinder project to six partner institutions in order to enable them to develop a fresh but sustainable approach to capacity building in e-learning design. CHEETAH will:
- Incorporate lessons learned from other Pathfinders into the design of CARPE DIEMs;
- Plan, deliver and evaluate six CARPE DIEM interventions;
- Evaluate the impact of these interventions on e-learning design at partner institutions;
- Provide a change cascade model and the transferring of skills to enable the CHEETAH partners to repeat and sustain the CARPE DIEM interventions;
- Generate opportunities for dissemination of findings and further collaboration within the CHEETAH partners and across the sector.
