A Peal of 5040 Grandsire Triples was
rung at St Mary's, Twyford, Berkshire by the Royal Naval Guild of Bellringers on
the 27th October 2007, commemorating the 202nd anniversary of the Battle
of Trafalgar and the 25th anniversary of the Falklands Campaign.
Mike Till stood in at short notice due to another ringer being unable to ring and it was a worthwhile and enjoyable peal with good striking. On completion a celebratory lunch was held at the local pub! |
