Nixon Court is a purpose built development and is
extremely popular with all students.
There are 700 rooms, divided into five blocks.
The rooms in Blocks A & B are allocated to postgraduate and final year undergraduate students. All the bedrooms have a washbasin and flats can be for male or female students only or maybe mixed.
The site also has a laundrette, a common room, a cycle store and a large car park.

The contract for Nixon Court is for 42 weeks, however a small number of 51 week contracts may be offered in Block B. If you would like one of these contracts please make it clear on your application form.
